The location, cleanliness, generous and kind staff are all excellent. I found always found the location quiet (good windows work amazingly well on weekend nights when there is nightlife not far away), despite being in the center of Toulouse, and I have stayed several different times for 1-2 weeks at a time so I probably have a good view of this. The staff really are great about helping with anything they can (travel, restaurant reservations, etc), but they never intrude on your stay.
